A: Our company headquarters is located in High Point, North Carolina but we ship the vast majority of our products from Amazon fulfillment centers across the country.
Q: Where do you get your inventory?
A: We purchase most products direct from the manufacturer while others are bought through wholesale distributors. We are continually looking for new sources of products that will allow Backstage Toys to offer you the largest selection at the best possible prices.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: While BackstageToys.com was established in 2008, we have been selling toys, action figures and collectibles online since 1998.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and Amazon Payments.
Q: How long does it take an order to ship?
A: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: To track your order, click “Order Status” on the upper right of the home page of BackstageToys.com. You’ll need to sign in with your email address and password and then click the "Sign In" button to view information about your order.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: At BackstageToys.com, we offer a variety of shipping methods including standard shipping (delivery within 5-9 business days),expedited shipping (delivery within 3-5 business days), two-day shipping (delivery within 2 business days) and one-day shipping (delivery within 1 business day). Orders $50 & up are eligible for free standard shipping.
Q: Do you offer free shipping on orders placed on your website?
A: Yes! To take advantage of our free shipping offer, you'll need to order product(s) totaling $50 or more and ship your item(s) to a single U.S. address and select "Standard Shipping" during checkout.
Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A: Because of mail fraud on several recent International shipments, Backstage Toys currently does not ship outside the USA.
